The King George Fall Festival, now in its 57th year, is an annual community event
held the second weekend of each October. It is planned and run solely by volunteers
representing various local organizations. Key events include a parade down Route
3 through the courthouse area, the fair at King George High School, craft show, food vendors and pageants for ages baby to 22 years old.
Young girls pageants (0-12 years old) will still be held Oct. 3 at 2 p.m. at the KGHS Auditorium. All contestants should arrive no later than 1:30. Doors will open at 1:30p.m.
